All children look forward to the winter holidays. In December, they watch their behavior, help their parents with household chores, and even try to get better grades at school so that St. Nicholas and Santa Claus will bring them gifts.
However, there are children for whom this time is especially difficult, as they are currently in hospital. But miracles do happen during the holidays… Such a miracle was created by the talented students of the Dnipro Vocational College of Arts and Culture for the young patients of one of the city’s hospitals. They organized an interactive performance that transported the children into a magical world filled with kindness, warmth, and hope.
Together we laughed, sang songs, and created a festive atmosphere that warmed everyone’s hearts.
In addition, children with internally displaced person (IDP) status received five sweet gift packages from our partners — the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Austria in the city of Dnipro (Iryna Fomenko) and the baby food brand Elfik Magic.
May this event remind each of us that kindness always wins, and miracles begin where there is love and care.
