Easter egg painting master class

During a rainy lunch break, NGO WOMEN plus learned to paint Easter eggs.
Yuliia Pischanska, director of the Yavornytskyi National Historical Museum, helped us organize a master class on Ester egg painting (pisankarstvo), and Nataliia Lysovets, a research associate, conducted it. An interesting story about the symbols used in pysanka, and in general – about the pysanka itself. It turns out that it was used as a talisman, or, depending on the drawing, it was used for healing. The black color gives Easter eggs the greatest protective power. Extremely painstaking work and a very interesting result.
We spare no time for self-improvement – we study national traditions!
