We congratulate everyone on the main sports celebration — Olympic Day!
On the eve of the holiday, our colleagues — renowned athlete and coach, silver medalist of the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games Dina Miftakhutdinova, and Head of the “Women in Sport” Commission of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Liliia Gurenko — visited the “Family Vision” Medical Center.
This medical center is a great example of a socially responsible business, as it implements numerous social projects for the community. During the visit, our colleagues met a wonderful 8-year-old para-athlete in para swimming, Lev Vasylenko. The young athlete showed great interest in Dina Miftakhutdinova’s sporting achievements and those of her athletes, shared his impressions of training, his first victories, and his plans for the future. Lev also admitted that he dreams of competing in the Paralympic Games and representing Ukraine on the world stage.
We believe that by meeting a star of such magnitude, young Lev will one day shine brightly on the sporting horizon as well.
