STEM Year Completed

We are proud of Oksana Buturlina, the author of the STEM on the River Dnipro project. The conclusion of the STEM year was celebrated in the format of a scientific picnic among leaders of experimental STEM institutions, coordinators and innovation leaders, and the best STEM teachers of the year. The event featured a creative location, insightful sessions, active networking, idea exchange, and the creation of a shared collaborative artwork: “STEM Education in the Next 10 Years.”
A deputy subsidy of UAH 30,000 each (provided by deputy Liliia Gurenko) was awarded to three educational institutions for the development of STEM education in local communities:
Lyceum No. 5 of Pokrovsk City Council, Dnipropetrovsk Region
Lozuvatka Lyceum named after T. H. Shevchenko, Lozuvatka Village Council
Rozdor Lyceum
Additionally, a commemorative watch from the Head of the Regional Council was presented to Oksana Buturlina for creativity, fostering scientific thinking in children and youth, developing engineering skills, and teaching children how to apply knowledge of mathematics and natural sciences in practice (deputy Nataliia Lysenko).
