Today, every woman in Ukraine can be called a leader. But among them there are real powerful “engines” – a driving force that unites, directs and helps.
This strong force of women was united by the Business Forum “Women’s Leadership in Times of Challenges. Dnipropetrovsk Region”.
We met, talked and once again became convinced that the widespread idea that women are unable to effectively manage organizations, businesses and make important decisions independently – is not about modern Ukrainian women!
Today, they survived and continue to survive the hardships of the war, work and even develop their businesses, while supporting and helping other people. The time of challenges for them has not ended. And we are convinced that women – real leaders who took part in the forum will continue to unite around the main goal. Victory of Ukraine!
