HOW TO BALANCE INNER FEELINGS

Until what age is a woman considered young? Until recently, the age limit for youth was considered to be 35 years. But in 2015, the World Health Organization extended this period to 44 years. The average age now ends at 60. And only then begins the slope. By the way, the ancient scientist Pythagoras identified human life with the seasons, each of which lasted 20 years: spring - the beginning and development of life - from birth to 20 years; summer - youth - from 20 to 40 years; autumn - flowering - from 40 to 60 years; winter - extinction - from 60 to 80 years.
I propose to talk about the so-called “velvet season” of our lives – late summer – early autumn. Or, in World Health Organization terms, the end of youth – the beginning of middle age.
"After 40, life is just beginning," said the heroine of one of the cult Soviet films. And it is worth noting that she was absolutely right. Science has shown that sex life in women after 40 years becomes much brighter - testosterone levels rise, and the experience and knowledge of your body help to achieve a better culmination.
In 50 and more years it is necessary not to stop moving forward, to be engaged in itself. Make an appointment with an endocrinologist, undergo the necessary examinations and allow your body to maintain your activity, youth and health for as long as possible to feel like a woman at any age!
If you feel that you forget all the little things, do not panic. This is a perfectly normal process, especially if you lead a busy life and are used to keeping a lot of information in your head. It is best in this situation to consult a neurologist.
Don't lose your sense of purpose. Studies show that having a goal in old age reduces the risk of heart failure or Alzheimer's disease.
Do not limit yourself to the kitchen, grandchildren, household. Learn a foreign language, learn to drive a car, learn a computer. Don't be afraid to start and learn.
Free your life from unnecessary negativity. Watch less TV, spend more time in the air and smile more. Get rid of relationships that poison you. Don't think that others are talking about you, it's their business.
Realize that your life is YOURS. You don't owe anyone anything. Start the morning with a smile to your reflection and the phrase "I love myself." In a couple of weeks you will see how much your life is changing.

EXERCISES TO INCREASE SELF-ASSESSMENT

Step 1. Write a list of things that give you reason to be proud of yourself. Train yourself to add to this list every night, because every day you reach new heights.
Step 2. Praise yourself for every success, even if it seems insignificant.
Step 3. Be positive about communicating with people. Try to see the positive qualities in each person.
Step 4. Instead of painfully experiencing failure, try to find advantages in it. After all, when one door closes, others open nearby 😉
Step 5. Remember and write down all the episodes of your life from which you came out the winner. This is a confirmation of your super value for this world.
Step 7. Invent a protective figure. Anything: lion, teddy bear, cat. In situations where you feel fear, take it with you.
