How to overcome fatigue? (on the recommendations of the Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine)

Give yourself a good rest or change the type of activity.
Try to rationally allocate time for work and rest. Divide the tasks by importance and urgency. Organize short, preferably active breaks at work, plan to go out into the fresh air during the lunch break and walk for 20-30 minutes.

Normalize sleep.
Adults aged 18-60 should sleep at least 7 hours or more. The duration of sleep of children 6-12 years should be 9-12 hours per day, 13-18 years – 8-10 hours. Before going to bed, try to limit the viewing of emotionally saturated TV shows and social networks. Pleasant communication or reading your favorite book will help you relax and sleep better.

Properly organize the diet.
Health, efficiency, active mental and physical longevity depend on proper and complete nutrition. It is through food that a person replenishes his energy reserves, and the body receives substances necessary for the normal functioning of organs and systems.

Lead a healthy lifestyle.
Give up bad habits and take care of your health. Any physical activity – running, swimming, cycling, skating or skiing – will give a charge of vigor and positive emotions.

Engage in self-development.
Your hobbies or favorite activities will fill every day with joy and meaning.

Behavior change will definitely help relieve symptoms and overcome fatigue.
