They are, as always, simple:
✅ Live in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
✅ Write 1 fairy tale on the topic of sports and the Olympic movement (up to 3 pages).
✅ Decorate it with 2-3 bright pictures, drawn by yourself or with the involvement of partners, which must be specified.
