WOMEN plus held a forum-discussion on overcoming gender stereotypes in partnership with the “Gorenie” Charitable Foundation. Due to the martial law, the forum gathered a limited number of participants, but everyone found this event useful.
During the theoretical panel, we discussed the training of qualified personnel for the light industry as one of the priorities for vocational education, the role of women in the development of social dialogue in the Dnipropetrovsk region, and the support of Ukrainian brands in international projects.
The practical panel, held on the topic “Exchange of experience: achievements and challenges of women on the way to success in light industry”, brought together representatives of small tailoring businesses from different communities of Dnipropetrovsk region. The stories of formation, development and overcoming the crisis during the pandemic and military aggression became an impetus and inspiration for everyone present and once again proved that a woman can do anything 🙂
