The forum “Living Culture – Living World” brought together people dedicated to the preservation of elements of intangible cultural heritage (ICH). Over a hundred participants attended. They listened to Minister of Culture Mykola Tochytskyi, engaging reports from First Deputy Minister Rostyslav Karandeyev, and Head of the Culture Department of Dnipro Regional State Administration Natalia Pershina.
The discussions focused on living culture and the risks of its loss, international support, legislative transformation, and key aspects of protecting ICH and its bearers.
