NGO “WOMEN plus” invites employees and readers of Dnipropetrovsk libraries to participate in the competition!
• Choose a book about a woman or a book written by a woman who has influenced your life.
• Take a picture with such a book (perhaps with the use of costumes and scenery).
• Add a quote about a woman or a quote from a woman who inspired you to the photo exhibition.
• Sent the photo exhibition to the address: metod@libr.dp.ua with the mark “Photo contest”
• Share this announcement on Facebook by adding your favorite quote and the hashtag #womanchangestheworld.
• Get a gift already in March!
The competition consists of two parts:
• photo contest on the theme of the contest among public libraries and their readers;
• a flash mob of quotes about a woman or quotes from books authored by a woman who has influenced your life, among users of the Facebook social network.
Requirements for competitive works:
! The photo must contain:
– a thoughtful image of a woman who influenced your life (the image should be natural, the use of costumes and decorations is possible);
– books about a woman or books by a woman who influenced your life;
! The photo must be accompanied by a quote from a book that has influenced your life.
! Each participant of the competition has the right to present no more than three works.
! Contest works are submitted in electronic JPG format, without digital processing (no photomontage) and must not exceed 3 Mb. Photo collages are not accepted for the competition.
! The participant of the photo contest must fill out an application for participation in the contest, where it is necessary to indicate: the name of the picture, his surname, first name, age, place of residence (name of the settlement), e-mail and telephone.
! The photo contest participant guarantees that he is the author of the photo works and does not infringe copyright.
! Photo works are accepted from contest participants (public libraries of the region and readers) to the address: metod@libr.dp.ua marked “PHOTO CONTEST”. Photos that do not meet the conditions of the competition will not be considered.
Flashmob of quotes about a woman or quotes from books authored by a woman among users of the Facebook social network
– Mandatory condition of the contest is a repost of the announcement about the contest on the Facebook page of the NGO “WOMEN plus” (https://www.facebook.com/womenplus.dnepr) with the addition of a quote about a woman or quotes from books authored by a woman in the comments, that has affected your life.
– In the repost, you must add the hashtag #womanchangestheworld.
– The quote given in the post should not be repeated in the posts of other users of the site.
– You can post only one quote about a woman in one post. The number of posts is not limited.
Stages of the competition
Start of the competition: February 6, 2023.
Deadline for submitting materials: March 6, 2023.
Announcement of the results of the competition: until March 8, 2023.
