What are we talking about?
The other day, the results of the selection stage of the review-competition of folk customs and ceremonies of the Dnipropetrovsk region were summarized. After all, for the NGO Women Plus, the preservation and popularization of the national cultural heritage is one of the main areas of work. Therefore, the theme of the competition, which was perfectly reflected in the videos of the community, is very sensitive and important for us. Especially today, when Ukraine is choosing its right to self-determination. 🇺🇦
So. In total, more than 30 communities took part in the competition. They sent videos of various rituals and traditions. And the Mezhivska community turned out to be the most active – eight works, among which were very interesting in their choice and execution! 😁
As for the finalists, the commission chose them from among the following communities:

✅ Novopavlivska
We worked together with historians, scientists, local historians and cultural experts. We reached an unexpected result – two communities will share the first place in the competition! Which ones – you will find out at the end of August. Almost an intrigue)😉
