Do you remember our coloring contest “Cossack Songs of Dnipropetrovsk Region – Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity”?
Today, at the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Library for Children (Olha Prokopovych-Tkachenko), during a joint event dedicated to St. Nicholas Day, we presented and gifted the attendees the first full printed coloring book! The book is based on the work that won 3rd place – by Maria Hubeni, a teacher at the Kapulivka Village House of Culture of the municipal institution “Center of Culture, Leisure, Tourism and Sports of the Pokrovska Village Council”.
This became possible thanks to the joint efforts of the community and businesses.
We are grateful to our partners – the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Austria in Dnipro (Iryna Fomenko) and the children’s food brand Elfik Magic, who additionally gave five sweet gifts to the most active young readers and participants of the contests held by the library throughout the year.
At the end of the event, children enjoyed a festive performance and a sweet table.
