Took part in the evaluation of the works of young creators as part of the jury of the All-Ukrainian children’s drawing contest “Step to the Stars” from the National Center for Aerospace Education of Youth named after Makarov. Easter egg painting master class

During a rainy lunch break, NGO WOMEN plus learned to paint Easter eggs. Yuliia Pischanska, director of the Yavornytskyi National Historical Museum, helped us organize a master class on Ester egg painting (pisankarstvo), and Nataliia Lysovets, a research associate, conducted it. An interesting story about the symbols used in pysanka, and in general – about the pysanka itself. It turns out that it was used as a talisman, or, depending on the drawing, it was used for healing.
