One of the main intrigues of this spring has been revealed – today the awarding ceremony of the winners and finalists of the regional creative online competition “Give children a fairy tale” took place. This year we received 23 works, of which 7 were written by children. We are glad that more and more children are trying their hand and are not afraid to compete with adults and professional writers. The results of the competition among libraries have been announced

A creative contest “A female figure that influenced my life” was held among public libraries of the Dnipropetrovsk region and their readers. 174 applications were received. The participants of the competition sent for consideration by the jury a quote from a book about a woman or a quote from books written by a woman who made a special impression on them, together with a photo with a thoughtful image of such a woman. 27 libraries made it to the finals. The competition not only united book lovers, but also showed how deeply our compatriots are familiar with modern and classical literature.
