During the event, participants spoke extensively about #IntangibleCulturalHeritage, watched videos from two of the winning libraries, and enjoyed performances by the folk ensemble “Pershotsvit” from the Pavlohrad area. And at WOMEN plus / ЖІНКИ плюс, we know better than anyone how important it is to be a team: one for all and all for one. The opening of the Dnipro Philharmonic’s symphonic season was a true union of opposites. It featured the virtuoso sound of a Violin Concerto with Orchestra (soloist — Dmytro Tkachenko, laureate of international competitions) alongside the forest-inspired melodies of the symphony-ballet “Green Holidays”. The concert was conducted by Volodymyr Sirenko, People’s Artist of Ukraine. One of his distinctive contributions is the premiere performance and promotion of works by Ukrainian composers. Under the slogan “Living Culture – Living World”, the annual All-Ukrainian festival took place at the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine, bringing together friends from different regions of the country. These were people who preserve, promote, and pass on elements of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) to future generations, as well as its living bearers.
